The above timeframes given are estimates – whilst we try hard to get your products with you as soon as we can, sometimes there are things outside of our control that can cause delays. We’ll try and let you know as soon as we can if we expect your order to take longer than we initially thought.
*Please note that for express delivery your order must be placed before 12pm CET for same day dispatch. If your order is placed after this time your order will be dispatched the next business day.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in the Netherlands.
Delivery during Summer Sale: Due to higher order volumes, delivery may take a little longer than normal. Please allow 4–6 business days for your order to arrive.
Once you place your order, it takes 1-2 business days for our warehouse to process and send it. As soon as it ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to track its progress.

We’ve now removed all pack slips from our deliveries.
To set up a return, you’ll need to follow the process to Create a Return online. Depending on your location, you may be able to choose whether to print the returns slip at home or go paperless.
In 2020, we set a goal to reduce our single use plastic. To help us achieve this goal, we transitioned the majority of our packaging in Europe to paper in 2023.
