Shipping & Deliveries

We offer free shipping for all orders.

Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in the Netherlands.

During sales periods, delivery may take longer than usual, please allow 4–6 business days for your order to arrive.

Once you place your order, it takes 1-2 business days for our warehouse to process and send it. As soon as it ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to track its progress.

You can also log into your account to track your order.

We work with several carriers to provide the best delivery service possible; these options are listed below:

We’ve now removed all pack slips from our deliveries.

To set up a return, you’ll need to follow the process to Create a Return online. Depending on your location, you may be able to choose whether to print the returns slip at home or go paperless.



In 2020, we set a goal to reduce our single use plastic. To help us achieve this goal, we transitioned the majority of our packaging in Europe to paper in 2023.
