*Please note that for express delivery your order must be placed before 12pm CET for same day dispatch. If your order is placed after this time your order will be dispatched the next business day.  

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in the UK and the Netherlands. 

During our Summer Sale: Delivery may take longer than usual, please allow 4–6 business days for your order to arrive.

Once you place your order, it takes 1-2 business days for our warehouse to process and send it. As soon as it ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to track its progress.

If you still wish to purchase for delivery to the UAE, Saudi Arabia or Kuwait from our EU site - where we hold a wider range of products - you can continue to do so. To do this, go to eu.lululemon.com and choose the relevant country from the country drop-down when you go to Checkout.

Note, the Currency will be Euro and your order will be subject to duties and taxes on import.

We’ve now removed all pack slips from our deliveries.

To set up a return, you’ll need to follow the process to Create a Return online. Depending on your location, you may be able to choose whether to print the returns slip at home or go paperless.



In 2020, we set a goal to reduce our single use plastic. To help us achieve this goal, we transitioned the majority of our packaging in Europe to paper in 2023.
